Hi, I'm Vanessa.
I'm a certified birth doula serving families in and around Lee's Summit. My journey into doula work began with a desire to care for and support mothers as they welcome their baby into their family.
I believe every mother deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported — no matter how their birth unfolds. My role isn't to have a birth go a certain way, but to ensure that you feel informed, empowered, and at peace with your choices every step of the way.
Whether you're planning a medicated hospital birth, an unmedicated birth center experience, or anything in between, I show up for you without judgment and with my whole heart.

Outside of doula work, I'm a mother, a reader, a craft enthusiast, and a firm believer that it truly takes a village to raise a child — and to birth one.
